La Marató de TV3  has awarded the following projects.

· "Pathophysiological and therapeutic evaluation of cardiomyocytes derived from induced pluripotent stem cells (iPS) from patients." By Dr. Silvia Fabiana Scornik Gerzenstein, which proposes the use of induced pluripotent stem cells from patients with Brugada syndrome to deepen the study of the electrical disturbances and triggers of sudden death.

· "·" Prevention of neonatal sudden death by using electrocardiogram and  ultra massive sequencing detection. " By Dr Oscar Larrea Campuzano, who will investigate the use of ECG and genetic screening of newborns for the detection of risk of sudden death.

Genetic and molecular basis of arrhythmogenic right ventricular cardiomyopathy: translation to the clinic. " By Dr Ramon Brugada Terradellas, to investigate the molecular basis of arrhythmogenic cardiomyopathy and its clinical implications, with the use of patients and animal and cellular models.
